Kathryne is also the founder of HealthTech DEI, which focuses on delivering more inclusive investment strategies and solutions that optimize financial performance and capitalize on the wealth in diversity. In addition, Kathryne is Investment Advisor at The West Coast Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics (CTIP) where she previously managed their $6.6M seed fund that invested in 150+ medical technology companies as Co-Director. Kathryne is on the boards of a wide range of organizations investing in local communities, women in STEM, and healthtech.
