Monica Bolbjerg, MD, Co-Founder and CEO of Qure4u joins me to discuss the future of digital health.

Monica pioneered a patient portal in Denmark that was so popular, over 90% of doctor appointments used it. She is committed to continuing to revolutionize the delivery of patient-centric care.

Highlights include:

8:00 – MB: “And that’s what everyone is moving towards. It’s kind of like in other industries, as well as the airline industry, right? You’re not to talk to people anymore, you don’t call anybody. Everything is digital interaction but you feel more connected than you did before and that’s what’s happening in healthcare, as well.”

13:25 – MB: “How do we combine the most fluid world of virtual care with the in-office doc world?”

17:20 – MB: “Because if we can do well in a rural area with the people that have the less experience with technology or the less technology available, if we can do well with them and we can get them help with digital tools, we can excel everywhere.”

22:40 – MB: “Now the next big passion of mine is kind of like, all right, we collect all that data. How do we make that something that is real quick for a physician or staff member to look at the patient, or even just share with the patient?”
