Diagnostics and Gap Analysis
The first step to improving lead generation is diagnosing the problem. I have developed diagnostic tools that provide you with a score on the 6 most critical areas of marketing. You will see clearly where you are, get a road map to where you need to be and hone in on your best options for quick wins. The tool provides baseline data and a means of clearly measuring your progress.
Once your diagnostic score has been established, you will need a clear strategy. I create digital strategies that address a wide range of marketing areas, such as:
- Search engine optimization
- Marketing automation
- Marketing analytics and reporting
- Social media
- Thought leadership
Once we have established a strong strategy, I work with you to execute on it. I lead all aspects of the rollout and act as project manager on complicated implementations. I can act as your virtual marketing team or partner with your marketing department.
